I am an intuitive empath & healer, aiming to be a light to other humans along their journey. For the past 5 years, I have been moving through my own quite intense spiritual awakening while at the same time engaging in several fairly intense healing practices, like inner child and shadow work, to assist me in integrating past emotional traumas that I had experienced yet never fully dealt with. It has been quite the journey and I am at the point on the journey where writing and sharing is the next step for me to assist in my healing process. My goal is to show up authentically in the sharing process, to be honest about what I’m going through as well as to share the downloads, messages and guidance that I intuitively receive. All of my content is prepared and shared holding the intention for the highest good for humanity. I was a practicing mental health therapist for years, and am now a spiritually based guidance counselor. I offer a unique variety of services to assist and provide support to humans on their Earthly journeys, all on a pay as you can/sliding fee scale. A lot is happening on the planet right now. Humanity is evolving and thus we as individuals are evolving as well. It is so important to seek supportive connection during these times of intense expansion and contraction. My services do not require payment because God has guided me to remove that barrier so that I can be of service to as many as possible.

I have provided suggested donation amounts because many people have asked me to provide some sort of guideline. Please know that is all that it is, and I know that what comes through is exactly what is meant to. Monetary donations do not impact how I do my work, but they do help support me in my mission to be of service to as many humans as possible. I am also open to exchanges of service.

Intuitive Channeled Guidance

Get up to three questions answered or just a general guidance message.

In a meditative state, I connect with spirit and your guides to bring through intuitive messages and guidance in order to help you gain clarity in a way that is for your highest good. *I will utilize cards to clarify or expand a message if guided to do so, but the use of cards is not the focus.

Length is anywhere from 20-60 minutes, it depends on the depth of what is asked and the information that comes through. Suggested donation $33 – $66

Energy Healing

Just being human takes energy, and feeling takes even more energy. Sometimes we can easily rebalance our energy on our own, but occasionally things will arise where it can be beneficial to bring in some back up. That is what I consider these energetic healing sessions: some back up for you as you move through life and whatever it is bringing your way.

I am trained in Reiki and have been practicing this type of energetic healing off and on for over 20 years now. I utilize the golden light of God/Source/Creator of All and focus it in concentrated amounts on the areas that we identify together as needing support. I look at areas of the chakras for energetic blockages as well as just anything anywhere else in your body that I am intuitively alerted to by your spirit team.

*These sessions run 15 – 30 minutes and are offered via Zoom in Live format. Suggested donation $33 – $55

Tarot & Oracle Card Reading

The Destiny Spread is what I am being guided to utilize first for everyone, however if another spread calls to you listen to that nudge.

Choose answering up to 3 questions, a General Guidance reading, or Theme Specific Reading where your choices are: Focus Spread, Yes/No Spread, The Destiny Spread, Birth Personality & Tarot Soul Card w/Yearly Growth Symbol, The Celtic Cross, The Week Ahead, The Month Ahead or The Chakra Spread.

Holding Space Sessions

If you need someone grounded to hold space for you as you process or move through challenges in your life, with a compassionate ear for listening then this is the offering for you. It reminds me a therapy session, however this process holds a very different and more sacred energy than traditional therapy sessions.

The goal is to create a safe, energetic space so that you can be led to the answers or reconciliation that is needed on your own, with minimal to no guidance from me unless it is requested. My goal is to tap into the energy and help support you in discovering what you are seeking, holding the belief that we all possess the skills and abilities to connect with our higher selves and spirit and effectively lead ourselves to the healing or answers we desire.

I want to help you feel and see your own power, to know that assistance from others can be valuable but truly we each have the capabilities to tap in and connect with spirit anytime we need the support. My hope is that in a safe space, you will explore and learn the ways that you can do this, while also feeling seen and supported as you move through whatever is ongoing currently in your life.
